The Wave group was started by the infamous Ponty Chadha who was shot by his own family members. His claim to fame did not come from real estate. His Wave City Center is located in the heart of the burgeoning city of NOIDA. See a metro line pass by dense residential developments, with a distant view of the Bahai or Lotus temple in Delhi (way into the background, to the right of the Wave building) and well-planned highway infrastructure.
