The National Capital is prepared to welcome spring as the maintenance work is showing results. This patch of divider on Ring Road flyover in South Delhi used to be a dry patch with just weeds and absolutely no aesthetic value. But look at this sight of colourful Gazania and Dianthus Carnations in properly shaped formations are in full bloom. You can even notice honey bees making a trip or two.
