Sparkles and HOPE-2017 by CD Foundation in collaboration with ONGC Presents Painting Exhibition "Whispering Hues" by Artist Bula Sarkar and Gayatri Tandon, Cancer Awareness -Seminar, Musical celebration and fashion show. They promote and support the causes of Woman empowerment and child development via our cultural and educational programs.
