On the 15th of August while the Prime Minister was addressing the nation. India is one of the first countries to join the program not because we wanted money, not because we want donations from those countries. India is capable of looking after our own problems but the idea of joining the IPEC program to demonstrate our transparency and matters of dealing with the problem of Child Labour."
