Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College was established in 1973 by Delhi Administration (now the Government of N.C.T. of Delhi). Named after one of the great sons of India, Shaheed Bhagat Singh, it is one of the constituent Colleges of the University of Delhi, India. In the beginning, the College catered basically to the needs of those who were in employment but who had a desire to enhance their educational qualifications and achieve higher standards of learning. Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College embodied the spirit of social responsibility and cultural awareness reflecting the aspirations of the students. We look forward to the 21st century as a challenge and an opportunity to build our college as a vehicle of change and growth to prepare students to think critically and act responsibly i
