Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Indian politician speaks about India as a secular country. He says, "If Hindus demand in India that they are 82% of total population of India and they should have some special rights in the country then I must say that it is communalism. If the rights are equal and there is a guarantee of equal rights to all in the Constitution and there is an independent judiciary to explain the Constitution and a Parliament elected by the people and if there is s vigilant press then there are very fewer chances of injustice with the minority. Now there is Human Rights Commission and all these steps were taken by states where Hindus are in majority.
