A shop worker uses a sharp knife to scrape the scales off the fish and then proceeds to cut it into slices. More than just a traditional Indian way, he uses a north-east Indian knife and slices the fish apart by making large hacking cuts. He then squeezes content out of freshly cut stomach. All this action takes place at a fish market in Imphal, Manipur, India.
