Indian film producers thinks filming abroad is easier than in India as in other countries they have single window permission and they easily get clearance from government for shooting. According to them it is difficult and time consuming to take permission in India for filming. One needs to take permission from several departments like tourism,ASI, police, forest, etc. however in countries like Malaysia, Dubai, Switzerland one can easily get permission due to single window service.
