Inside the prop storeroom at RK Studio in Mumbai, costume jewellery, bangles, and other production items are stored for use in films. Glass cabinets contain necklaces, pearl strings, turquoise beadwork, gold-toned headpieces, and other jewellery. Racks hold large collections of glass, lac and metal bangles, while a worn bagpipe sits among the stored items. The main room contains metal trunks, wooden cabinets, lamps, a gilded mantel clock, framed pictures, and a mannequin wearing a period-style red dress.
