The Income Tax Office, Civic Centre, Delhi known as “Pratyaksh Kar Bhawan” is inaugurated by Hon’ble Union Finance Minister Sh. Pranab Mukherjee on 30th of May 2012. The built up area and carpet area in the building are approximately 52,000 sq. meters and 29,000 sq. meters respectively (Approx). There is a Service Block of approximately 2750 sq. meter, 1110 Car parking slots (approximately 39,000 sq. meter space). This space is made up of one partitioned 28 storied Tower Block (E) and 2 six Storey Block (B&D)with 3 level basement parking having escalators, Service and passenger elevators and DG Sets for 100% power back up.
