An amazing traditional handicraft shop in Paro, Bhutan. The handicraft shop displays different types of traditional product of Bhutan. The amazing symbols of wooden phallus and phallus keychains have intended to drive away the evil eye and malicious gossip in Bhutan. Therefore, handicraft shop sells wooden phallus and phallus keychains. The handicraft shop also sells traditional buddhist mask, Small mani khorlo(prayer wheels ), traditional bhutanese design necklaces and statues of Buddha and dragon. Phallus paintings in Bhutan are esoteric symbols which have their origins in the Chimi Lhakhang monastery near Punakha, the former capital of Bhutan. The village monastery was built in honour of Lama Drukpa Kunley who lived in the 15-16th century and who was popularly known as the "Mad Saint"
