A farmer Padam Singh of Tehri, Garhwal region of Uttarakhand speaks about Tehri Dam construction, he says, I am living here from past 5 years these are my farms and I have 14 members in my family. If they want to protest they should have done it earlier when we wrer relocated here, not it is useless. So much of funds of Government would waste if the Dam would not constructed. Earlier I was also protesting against it because I wanted Government to relocate us properly and the facilities we were gettin there would also continue here.
