Founders of 'Legends of India' Dipayan Mazumdar and associations member lit candles, symbolising the proceedings of the program open. 'Legends of India' presented two promising exponents of Kathak: Deepak Maharaj of the Lucknow Gharana and Sandeep Mahavir. They performed at the Kamani Auditorium on Friday, 24 January 2014. 'Legends of India' is a non- profit organization registered under the Societies Registration Act. Legends of India, was conceived in 1999, in an attempt to nurture Indian art forms and create awareness among the GENEXT.
