India's favourite Jalebi's (Funnel cake) being made in Nagpur. The clip shows the famous circular move that makes Jalebis, one has to be really skilled to make those perfect, yummy and mouth watering Jalebis. Its very difficult to make such perfect Jalebi's unlike it looks. "Jalebi is a sweet popular in Persia and countries of the Indian Subcontinent such as India, Pakistan, Nepal, and Bangladesh. It is made by deep-frying batter in pretzel or circular shapes, which are then soaked in syrup. The sweets are served warm or cold. They have a somewhat chewy texture with a crystallized sugary exterior coating. Citric acid or lime juice is sometimes added to the syrup, as well as rosewater or other flavours such as kewra water."
