That wretched scourge of eating in thermocol and plastic plates and then throwing away the same, at that very spot on the road where the meal was consumed. Only in India! Out of the goodness of heart, people with a philanthropic bend of mind provide for free meals for the poor, but they use thermocol and other non-biodegradable plates and plastic cups. And the poor (nor the rich) simply do not care and throw the water in-site and take off for the rest of their day. Only this waste festers at the front gate and main entrance to Safdarjung Hospital (one of the largest hospitals in Asia), breeding and harbouring House flies, filth, disease and worse...
