The Sanyukt Hindu Sangharsh Samiti, a collective of Hindutva outfits in Gurugram has demanded a city-wide ban on open namaz following last week's disruption of prayers in Sector 53. The outfit has also demanded the withdrawal of cases registered against six people in connection with the incident on 27th of April. The group also blamed the Muslims, whom they say are immigrants from Bangladesh and Myanmar for the rise in crimes in the area.
