Even by the sea, it's a case of 'Water, water everywhere, but not a drop to drink'. The shortage of potable drinking water has translated into a drought in South India. With women having to fetch water from great distances on their heads, this is a problem of great magnitude. The cameras seem to amuse the women and one of them laughs so heartily at the thought of being on camera, and she nearly drops her pitcher of water!
