Mount kailash is 21,778 feet tall, it is located in the southeastern part of Tibet. Kailash is one of the highest parts of the world and the source of four mighty rivers of Asia which is the Brahmaputra, the Sutlej, The Ganges and the Indus. The Kailash Parikrama or circumambulation is 53 km long, most sacred for all the yatris. It is performed in a clockwise direction. Buddhist Religion of Tibet performs it anticlockwise.
