Renowned sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik creates a sand sculpture on the attack at France with the message "Condemn the Nice Attack", at Puri beach of Odisha. So far Padma Sri awarded Sudarsan has participated in more than fifty International sand art championships and festivals around the globe and won many prizes for our country. His sand arts are always based on Social issues and current topics.
