Archival footage of the early days of internet broadband services in India. This footage dates back to the 1990's when Uday Punj owned Spectranet and it was the finest broadband service in north India. It still is pretty good and our Youtube videos are brought to you thanks for Spectranet bradband services for uploads! See infrastructure being put in place, including boring, cable laying (using Punj Lloyd machinery and infrastructure). The ISP project of Spectranet is part of the larger internet ecosystem in India. The maximum corporate internet speed offered at the time was 10 mbps. Sun Microsystems provides the hardware.
