BSF sources said, the stall would be put up by SHIPKS (Simanto Paribar Kalyan Samiti) of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) in Delhi from November 8. A 12-member BGB delegation is reaching Delhi on November 7 to take part in BSF Mela to be held at CGO complex. "The delegation is being led by Dilshad Nahar Aziz, chief patron, SHIPKS. Dilshad is the wife of BGB Chief, Major General Aziz Ahmed, DG, BGB. It's an effort to better our relations with an already friendly country," said a senior BSF officer.
