Looks like Calcutta has turned into Venice! Archival footage of a flooded Kolkata city. Hand drawn rickshaws can be seen being pulled through the water-logged streets. Lungi-wearing rickshaw-pullers pull the only mode of transport that seems to be able to go through so much standing water. A Bata shoe shop in the background also seems deserted.
