This clip shows labour placing banners and hoardings up in Patna. It's a tricky affair for they are precariously balanced on the poles. Paṭna is the capital of the Indian state of Bihar. Patna was also known as Patliputra. Patna is the 5th-fastest growing city in India. The history of Patna can be traced back 2500 years ago. The ancient city of Patna was situated on a long strip of land, half a mile to the north of the Kumarhar village.
