A sneak peek inside the kitchen reveals the preparation of chicken burgers from fresh chicken, french fries. A dish of wet Indian Cheese, Paneer in pureed spinach is being prepared. Chunks of paneer are fried with onions and tomatoes and the puree of spinach is added. Milk cream is added to the dish.
