AIIMS metro station in New Delhi. The rough and littered area around! AIIMS stands for All India Institute of Medical Sciences and this comprises of one of the best medical establishments in all of Asia, and it is largely a free hospital for all Indian citizens! Next to this Metro station is the most expensive commercial real estate in the world - a medical shop that rents for more than US$100 per square foot per month. It is also next to the office of Wilderness Films India Ltd., in New Delhi. The Metro station is powered by huge generators (perhaps only for back-up) that pollute the air around AIIMS flyover, with a massively high chimney stack to send the fumes into the Indian skies!
