Hospital in a rural area of Kashmir, in Pampore town - the hub of saffron cultivation. You can see patients of all age group and both the genders are there for treatment. One of the patient has a spider in her ear, and the doctor is injecting water with a syringe. They also have an Ambulance on standby with basic surgical equipment.
