A doodwala (milkman) from Kolti or Kimui village, carries his 'dol' with milk in it from Sister's Bazaar in Landour towards Prospect point and Kilmarnock / Rosebank. (Prospect Lodge in the clip belongs to St. Thomas' School, Delhi) Before reaching the hill-top town of Landour, the milk-men converge at a municipal water supply tap below Bataghat bazaar where they top-up their milk supply with an ample quantity of water, to get the right consistency for sale!!! This year's winter snowfall has set a record of sorts! We normally don't experience more than a few inches of snow at a time in the Landour-Mussoorie region.
