The great Dalai Lama at Tabo monastery preaching about 'Vipassana', the ancient Buddhist meditation technique, to the attendees from all around the world. To overcome language barriers, the same discourse is recorded in different languages on tape recorders for assistance to foreigners. The discourse is a rare one to attend due to the presence of great Dalai Lama. The monastery is fully packed with monks, villagers and foreign tourists.
