A grim view of the Delhi NCR region, with a Pariah Kite ominously hovering over a city that looks dead or dying, with air quality so poor that it is virtually unfit for human habitation. Yet, here we are in north India, living and dying in the shadowy gloom or high PM 2.5 and PM10 air particulate matter spewed into the air by wheat threshers, factories, crop burning, garbage burning, vehicular exhaust and worse.
