21-year-old Miss Tibet Contestant 2017, Tenzin Paldon, was asked about 'Gender equality in Tibet society, what changes could you suggest?' Let's hear her response! "Tenzin Dolma: Personally, I think general equality is developing and changing in our society. Throughout my life, I belonged to a joint family, including my family, grandma, brother, sisters, aunts, uncles... I enjoyed full equality in my home and in a Tibetan society. That's why I am standing here and speaking in front of you people. As per my knowledge, as compared to other countries like many Asians and African countries, our Tibetan women are enjoying general equality far better than women than the woman who are inside the Tibet. Traditionally, a rich Buddhism culture respect all woman welfare and constitutionally woman e
