An elevated view of the iconic New Yamuna Bridge, also known as the Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Bridge, in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India. This modern six-lane cable-stayed bridge spans the wide waters of the Yamuna River, connecting the main city area with the industrial and residential region of Naini. Completed in 2004, the bridge was among the first large cable-stayed bridges in India and was constructed to reduce traffic congestion on the older Old Naini Bridge. From the aerial perspective, the tall pylons and fan-like cable arrangement create a striking architectural landmark over the river.
