Aspiring Women commandos in Delhi Police Training College go through rigorous training in Jharoda Kalan. The institution was established as a Police Training School in the year 1968.It was raised to the level of Police Training College in the year 1998 by the Lieutenant Governor, Delhi. The Police Training College is spread over more than 220 acres of land at Jharoda Kalan, a village in the South West District of Delhi.
