Milind Soman flags off the Pinkathon marathon in Delhi on 2014. Women and girls actively participating in marathon and they were all dressed up with white shirt and helpers in red shirt. Pinkathon Delhi 2014 is a women's running event to encourage and promote fitness and health of women and create awareness for breast cancer, at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on September 14, 2014 in New Delhi, India. The race was divided into different sections like 3km, 5km, 10km and 21km. Only 2,000 people participated in 2013, and there were about 10,000 people participation in 2014 and the support from Delhi Police and NDMC. Milind Soman is the ambassador of Pinkathon. He said, the marathon is all about empowering women. One of the best ways to empower oneself is by staying healthy. It's a gift the society
