Introducing the draft political resolution of the Communist Party Marxist CPM party general secretary Harkishan Singh Surjeet said the party alone could not meet the challenge to the nation's unity. Interestingly the 15th Congress of the CPM in Chandigarh had identified the BJP and the Congress Party as the main threats to the country.
