Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is greeted by supporters after winning an election in Delhi. Supporters garland him with flowers and chant 'Dr Manmohan Singh Zindabad'. Manmohan Singh: "The BJP has no consistent set of economic policy. They have been confusing our people by slogans such as 'Swadeshi', India can be built up by Indians. Nobody believes that India can be built up by foreigners. Nobody wants India to be built up by foreigners. But these slogans they have used to mislead our public opinion. They created doubts about the type of economic policy that the Congress party pursued from 91-96. In the '98 elections, they said we will reform the process and yet they have not changed a single economic policy which was launched by the Congress Party." This footage is part of the broa
