See the interiors of the famous Ajmer Jain Temple, also known as Soniji Ki Nasiyan, in Ajmer, in Rajasthan. Soniji ki Nasiyan aka Ajmer Jain Temple is dedicated to Lord Rishabhdev constructed in the 19th century. Ajmer is important on the map of Jain religious destinations, chiefly for the 19th-century ‘Golden Temple’ (Soniji Ki Nasiyan Mandir). The two storey temple hall of the Soniji Ki Nasiyan Mandir is unique, as a red-sandstone building with a three-dimensional model of 13 of the Jain earth's continents and oceans, with golden Mount Sumeru at the center. Jain astronomy believes that constellations move in eternity. This structure contains scenes from the golden city of Ayodha, birth place of Lord Rishabhdev.
