Meeting in Manila is just a month away to follow up on the discussions that have held here in Bali and there is going to be ASEAN roundtable. As you know in ASEAN we attach a great deal of importance to the participation of the private sector and I'm glad to see that our private sector the ASEAN India Business Council took a very active part and you can see from the report that they presented to us that they are businessmen, they need business and they are not being diplomats they don't mince words. The Association of Southeast Asian Nations, or ASEAN, was established on 8 August 1967 in Bangkok, Thailand, with the signing of the ASEAN Declaration (Bangkok Declaration) by the Founding Fathers of ASEAN, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand.
