A municipal worker hand-painting and numbering large roadside concrete planters while applying the official New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) logo. The green-and-yellow planters contain mature Sago Palms (Cycas revoluta) and form part of NDMC's urban landscaping programme in Lutyens' Delhi, New Delhi, India. Using a paintbrush, the worker carefully labels each planter before it is placed along the clean, tree-lined boulevard, documenting routine maintenance and civic beautification work.
