With the re-development of Connaught Place, the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) conducts a public tour inside the new 1.2-km long tunnel with all the utilities taken underground the tunnel to house underground cables and water supply lines. This tunnel has a unique automatic features that enables the worker to function easily and is made in such a place that does not disturb the visitors in Connaught Place.
