Busy foot over bridge at Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue with pedestrians and vendors in a hurry. Hotel Givenci stands tall on Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue and is one of the most Indian friendly hotels in Dhaka. There is metro construction in progress on this road which the Bangladeshi government has undertaken in collaboration with China. A local shawl vendor sets up his shop on the foot-over bridge along with a sock vendor who has set up his shop in a very fashionable way.
