Soccer is a greatly admired sport in the west however with the world becoming a global hub, a large number of youth in Nagaland are getting hooked to this interesting sport. Nagaland Premier League (or NPL) is the top division football league in the Indian state of Nagaland. The league started in January 2012 with the aim to increase interest in football in Nagaland. The Nagaland Premier League started in 2012 as a new top state league for the state of Nagaland. The league is considered to be the 3rd tier of the Indian football league system. The league has been started with the aim of giving the youth of Nagaland a stepping stone to become professional in the game of association football and is run by Four Four Two management. Th
