Sangeeta Majumdar performs Kathak during a musical festival in the honour of Ustaad Hashmat Ali Khan in Delhi. This is a part of Strings N Steps performance, which is a duet performance of North Indian Kathak Dance and North Indian Classical Music on instrument mainly Hawaiian Guitar. Featuring Artists are Shri Neel Ranjan Mukherjee.( Hawaiian Guitar) Sangeeta Majumder ( Kathak Dance) Zuheb Ahmed Khan ( Tabla) Danish Ali (Violin ) Zaki Khan (Harmonium). Born in the family of academicians in the City of Joy, Kolkata, Sangeeta Majumdar is the first generation in her family who chose her career in the field of kathak dance and Organising Indian Classical Events in India and abroad.
