The last remnant Western Ghats hillock near Korlai Beach is mostly covered in coconut trees is picturesque with a tar road running through it. From a higher elevation, the landscape is dotted with agricultural fields mostly paddy fields and banana farms. Rooftops of the houses and shacks between the farms and coconut grooves. The stretch of the coast which is more of rocky cliffs and less of sandy beach seen on a gloomy monsoon day.
