Mr. Keshub Mahindra, Chairman, the Mahindra group speaks about media. He says " I do not believe that the members of the so called Bombay club have ever expressed apprehensions. I think it was a group of people who met to discuss the economic reforms to try and point out the government where they needed to be speeded up. All of us stand behind the reforms and some other media has it all wrong. As I have repeated in the past perhaps the fault was ours that we did not speak to the media. In fact we refused to speak to the media. So with the result of the media speculated. There are no apprehensions but in the process of reforms theres always problems that arise and we thought it our duty to point out to government where the problems were arising."
