Big companies and brands have been putting out sales with huge discounts and offer and also organising expos to instigate sale of their product. However, the consumers are adamant at not being a part of these sales. A retailer says "The kind of customer response I had expected, we did not get that kind of response here. The awareness about the consumer expo was nil as there was no marketing or effort to aware the consumers about this expo due to which the number of footfall was rather sad."
