Coffee stem craft is carving and sculpting the trunks and branches of coffee trees to create figurines, statues and sculptures. The wood of coffee trees is also used widely in creating furniture. Coffee Stem Art is made from the stem of the coffee Byproduct. It was invented in the British era(1800 B.C). It is famous art form in South-West India originated by the tribes in the Malnad region of Karnataka.The Coffee Stem can be used to make various furniture designs ranging from newspaper stand,coffee table,umbrella stand, antique showpiece and aquarium stands.
