Jaonli was first ascended by a Doon school expedition headed by Hari Dang. See this great view of the Gangotri wall of peaks, Jaonli and Rudragaira from the Wilderness Orchard and botanical gardens in Landour, Mussoorie. This was filmed one fine spring morning around 26th March 2019.
