Who doesn’t love laphing! A cold jelly noodle dish originally called Liang fen in Sichuan cuisine. People from south Delhi come all the way to eat this refreshing spicy dish. The vendors do two varieties – one dry and one with soup; Most people seem to love the dry one more with lots of spice!
