The teams are lining up for the oath-taking ceremony led by the captain of the Hornbill United FC. Teams from the states of Northeast participate in this sporting event as a celebration of football and culture in remembrance of late R.N Tamchon. The tournament is also a celebration of the rich culture of the northeast and the message of peace and unity from the community of Northeasterners in Delhi.
