Will it be the BJP or Congress? Hung Parliament likely, it seems! The campaign is over the votes cast and now only the counting remains by the 15th of March the company should get a new government. It is the composition of this government which is now the centre of all conjectures and debates while there is still a possibility that either the BJP and its allies or the congress with its allies may well manage to get a majority of seats on their own in fact almost all the opinion polls have shown that a hung parliament is once again on the cards. A hung parliament will obviously mean that the focus of attention will shift to the Rashtrapati Bhavan and President Mr K R Narayanan...
